In 1986, Paul Newman’s "The Color of Money" sparked pool’s greatest revival. New York City’s Flatiron district, with its cast iron buildings and expansive spaces, was an ideal setting. Our space, 10 E. 21st Street originally opened as Society Billiards, one of Manhattan’s first upscale pool rooms. Shortly thereafter, management changed hands and renamed it Broadway Billiards, famous and infamous until 2009.

In Spring 2010, a new revival began. Our carefully assembled team boasting decades of experience in billiards, event planning, and New York City nightlife has completely transformed this legendary and notorious space. From the impeccable equipment to the delectable catering and specialty cocktail menus, every detail is sure to entice even the most discerning palettes. Whether it be for a corporate event, birthday gathering, date night, or some more serious competition play, Society Billiards is committed to providing an unparalleled standard of excellence.
